Our Process

Registering with SELECT is Easy, Free, & Confidential!

The registration process is completed through our website. Click on the orange or blue 'Create Your Profile' button at the top of the screen, or you can visit our Job Board and click on 'Create Your Profile' to access our online registration form. Please ensure that you include a current resume (in MS Word format).

You only have to Create Your Profile ONCE to be eligible for numerous exciting employment opportunities!

You've Created Your Profile! What Happens Next?

  • Once your profile has been created, it will be forwarded to the appropriate recruiter(s) in our office.
  • If your skills/qualifications match a position we are currently filling, or see a need for in the near future, you will be contacted for an interview. We do our best to contact our applicants within 48 hours, depending upon the volume of applications at that time.
  • The recruiter may have you complete some computer testing, personality profiling, and/or check your employment references. This ensures that we have a complete picture of what you have to offer, and what jobs would be a great fit for you overall.
  • Once registered, you can also indicate an interest by applying to specific listings on our job board. To do this, use the link on the right side of the posting under 'Already Registered?' quoting the job number and position title. If you have questions, email us at info@selectrecruiting.ca or contact us by phone.
  • When all of the steps are completed, you will become a part of our candidate database.
  • When a position matches your skills/qualifications, you will be contacted by a recruiter in our office to discuss the details.
While we do our best to find great employment matches for our candidates, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a position for every applicant.
